Take Mr. Ashley Moore, Sr., the father of homicide victim, Ashley Moore, Jr. Ashley Jr. was a 26-year-old Black trans woman found dead outside the YMCA in Newark, NJ on April 1, 2020. Mr. Moore used our Help Hotline for emotional support and asked us to use our platform to not just help find Ashley Jr’s murderer, but to spread more awareness about the murders of our trans family.
