VENDORS WANTED for the 17th OUT in the Park Jersey Gay Pride Festival on Sunday, September 7, 2025, from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the beautiful Cooper River Park in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. 

 For 17 successful years, the Jersey Pride Planning Committee has taken this time to educate our community on prominent issues within the community. 

Since 2005, Jersey Gay Pride has been the largest LGBTQA+ event in Southern New Jersey. It features adult and youth entertainment, workshops, product vendors, and dancing.

• $55.00 - Non-Profit Organization
• $70.00 - Individual Entrepreneur
• $295.00 - Small Business (4-49 employees)
• $400.00 - Mid-Size Business (50-250 employees) 
• $800.00 - Corporation (250-399 employees)
• $1,000.00 - Corporation (400+ employees)
• Tax exemption is not required.
• Vendor registration fees are subject to increase on May 1st.
•  Corporations are not permitted to use the nonprofit registration. 

THERE IS NOT RAIN DATE FOR THIS EVENT. 

If it rains on the day of the festival, we will offer the opportunity for confirmed vendors to proceed with setting up their space. 

Please note that event amenities will be excluded. For example, we cannot place electrical items, such as a live disc jockey, live performances, or substitute if it rains. 

Remember that this event is near a lake, so conditions may worsen during a downpour.

Family Lyfe, A Nonprofit Organization, Jersey Gay Pride, and its affiliates are not responsible for any loss or damage to merchandise and displays.

If you decide not to attend the event for whatever reason, there are NO REFUNDS  and NO EXCEPTIONS!

BEFORE submitting your vendor application, please read the ENTIRE agreement and registration form. There is essential information on communications, procedures, requirements, responsibilities, and rules.

Are you a confirmed vendor and need instructions or have questions?  Contact us via email. Sending multiple emails will delay our response time. No phone calls, please.

• We anticipate 5,000 attendees.
• Vendor check-in will start on or before 10:00 AM.
• Handicap accessible
• Plenty of free parking
• Non-gender restrooms
• No motor vehicles are permitted on the grass.
• We are unable to provide accurate information regarding obtaining permits and certifications. Please refer to the contacts outlined in our vending application.
• We currently (as of August 1st) have 200 vendors registered for this festival.
• Nonprofit organizations may qualify for a waiver of the vendor registration fees.
