Be a Vendor at Pride Day September 10, 2023

Sign Up NOW - Prices Increase May 31, 2023

Hundreds of South Jersey and the Greater Philadelphia LGBTQA communities and allies to come together on this day to celebrate its pride! You are invited to be a vendor and promote your organization! Download the vending information and applications which are self-explanatory.

PLEASE READ THE VENDOR INSTRUCTIONS AND REGULATIONS IN THEIR ENTIRETY.

To be fair and honest, we only have one vendor application per direct sales opportunity. We encourage you to act quickly in order to reserve your space. We do not "hold" vendor spaces. We do not have control of when electronic submissions and payments are submitted for vendor reservations. Payment is required to confirm your vendor space. Vendor application submission without payment does not confirm your vendor space.

FOOD vendors (only) using gas propane are required to get a permit from the  Camden County Fire Marshal’s Office. See vendor application for further instructions.

Are you a confirmed vendor and need instructions or have questions?  Click here.

The fee starts at $45; however, some organizations may qualify for a free space. Rental fees cannot be waived.

Register your organization today!
